    An info marker sits next to each figure. Opening it explains what the metric measures, how it is calculated and how it is read — without assuming you already know finance.

  • Historical charts

    Revenue, EBITDA, net income, free cash flow, margins, dividends and share count over the years. One switch moves every chart between quarterly, TTM and annual.

  • Chapters instead of a wall of numbers

    Price, growth, cash flow, balance sheet, multiples, dividend, insiders, analyst estimates and news — eleven chapters in one scroll, each with its own metrics table and data date.

  • Market map

    The S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100 as a zoomable board: tile size is market capitalisation, colour is the change over the period you pick, from one day to one year.

    Which companies report each day, split into before the open and after the close in New York — with logos, names and estimates where they exist.

    Three modes: earnings, cash flow and discounted FCF, with a projection chart. You type the growth and discount rates — the app only does the arithmetic. None of the assumptions come from us.

    A searchable glossary: formula, data source, meaning, interpretation, limitations and an example for every term you meet in the app.

    Pick a company

    Search by ticker or name, browse the catalogue, open the market map, or start from the earnings calendar. The company opens in the full view.

  3. Step 3

    Read the numbers

    Each figure carries an explanation of what it means, and the charts show how it moved over the years. The conclusion is yours to draw.

Frequently asked questions

What is berza.app?
A tool for reading the filings of public companies. It shows metrics and history in charts, a market map, an earnings calendar, watchlists, a DCF calculator, a library and a community with Botko — and explains every term in plain language.
How does beta access work?
Registration is currently open until we reach the agreed member count. When capacity is full, an admin closes it and new members enter only with an invite. If you are interested and registration is closed, leave your email on the waitlist.
Can I register right away?
If registration is open, yes — create an account with email or Google. If it is closed, wait for an invite or join the waitlist on the landing page.
What is the waitlist?
An email address you leave on the landing page. We use it to tell you when there is room or when you receive an invite. We do not run marketing campaigns.
Who is Botko?
Botko is the community bot. It answers questions about company snapshot figures (the same source as the stock page) and can attach a series chart. It does not give investment advice.
What does the DCF calculator do?
It computes discounted cash flows in three modes: earnings, cash flow and discounted FCF. You enter the assumptions (growth, discount). The app does not propose a target price or a rating.
Do I get advice on what to do with my portfolio?
No. The platform is informational and is not investment advice. We publish no ratings on securities, no targets and no rankings. Every decision is yours alone and at your own risk.
Where does the data come from?
From publicly filed company reports, via a market-data vendor. Each block states the source it rests on.
How fresh is the data?
Every page shows the date the data refers to. The price refreshes during the session; fundamentals refresh after new filings. We do not carry real-time prices.
Which languages does it work in?
Serbian is the primary language and English is available from the toggle in the header. Page addresses are translated, so a link to either version can be shared.
Who is it for?
People in Serbia and the region investing through foreign brokers who want to understand the numbers behind a company rather than be told what to do.
