Welcome to berza.app, a platform for viewing and analysing company financial data.

By using berza.app you accept these Terms of use. Please read them before you use the service.

1. About berza.app

berza.app is an informational platform that collects, processes and displays data from public company filings and other sources.

The platform is meant to make financial figures, metrics and company activity easier to understand.

berza.app is not a broker, an investment firm or a financial adviser. It does not let you trade financial instruments and it does not place orders.

Information on the platform is for informational and educational purposes only and is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice.

2. Using the platform

You may use the platform in line with these Terms and applicable law.

You may not:

use the platform in a way that harms its operation or security;
try to bypass sign-in, limits or protection;
use automated methods to bulk-download data without prior approval;
use platform content in a way that infringes others' rights or applicable law.

We may limit or close account access if you breach these Terms or abuse the platform.

3. User account

Some features require an account.

You may create an account with an email and password or with Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access credentials private and for activity under your account.

The service is not intended for anyone under 16.

You may request or delete your account at any time using the tools the platform provides.

4. Data and accuracy

We aim for figures on berza.app to be reliable, current and clearly presented. Next to relevant figures we show the source and, when available, the last update time.

Data comes from public sources and may contain errors, delays or gaps.

If a figure is unavailable or cannot be determined reliably, we do not show it.

berza.app does not guarantee that every figure is always complete, accurate or up to date.

5. Investment decisions

Information, analysis, metrics and explanations on berza.app are not advice about what to do with any financial instrument.

Investment decisions are yours alone and at your own risk.

Before a financial decision, we suggest you consult a qualified financial or other professional adviser if you need one.

6. Availability

We aim to keep berza.app available and working, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Outages may happen for maintenance, technical issues, updates or events outside our control.

Use of the platform is currently free of charge. If paid features or subscriptions are introduced, the relevant information and terms will be published before charging begins.

7. Liability

berza.app is provided as it is and to the extent it is available.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damage or loss from relying on information shown on the platform or from investment decisions based on that information.

We also cannot guarantee the availability of external data sources, networks or other services that some features depend on.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms of use from time to time to match changes in the platform, how we provide the service or applicable law.

The date of the last change will appear at the top of this page.

By continuing to use the platform after changes are published, you accept the updated Terms of use.

9. Governing law

These Terms of use are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia.

Courts of the Republic of Serbia have jurisdiction over disputes, under applicable rules.
